Glucose 40%

Glucose solution 40% is used in complex therapy to treat animals with severe forms of acute infectious and parasitic diseases of the blood, chronic cardiovascular failure and low blood pressure. Glucose is part of anti-shock and blood replacement fluids, which are prescribed to animals in shock, collapse or with large blood loss. A 40% glucose solution is used in animals for toxic infections, poisoning with drugs, carbon monoxide, mercury, arsenic, hydrocyanic acid and other substances, pulmonary edema, liver diseases (hepatitis, cirrhosis), decreased diuresis. It is prescribed for diseases of the digestive tract with manifestations of intoxication and muscle cramps, arterial hypotension and stomach atony in ruminants, ketosis, postpartum hemoglobinuria and toxemia in dairy cows, ketonuria in sheep, gastrointestinal, pulmonary and other internal bleeding (as a hemostatic agent), hemorrhagic diathesis, and for weak and exhausted animals, as an energy and food supplement.
